2009 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2009 Cadaretta Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot. It has intense up front aromatics, with red fruit, cardamom and clove. Strawberry and black cherry tones are underlain by deeper earthy notes.
2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep red-ruby hue. Aromas of cherry, mountain berries, currants and dark chocolate truffle initially on the nose, opening to a broad spectrum of cherry, raspberry, dark plum, and red currant with hints of bay leaf. Supple texture, with harmonious, elegant and nicely integrated oak.
2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
The first 22 acres of our Southwind Estate vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley were planted in the summer of 2008. As we wait for those young vineyard blocks to produce fruit, we source grapes from select vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley and Columbia Valley AVAs. Winemaker Virginie Bourgue works closely with each grape grower and our selected blocks from their vineyards to assure top quality fruit for Cadaretta.
2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
