2007 Highclimber

The first 22 acres of our Southwind Estate vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley were planted in the summer of 2008. As we wait for our first crop from those young vineyard blocks in 2010, we source grapes from select vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley and Columbia Valley AVAs. The winemakers often discover grapes that inspire a particular blend in order to bring out the best of each variety, as well as individual varietals that deserve to be bottled on their own to highlight their stunning quality.
