2009 Cadaretta Syrah
The 2009 is 100% Syrah from Stone Tree and Pepper Bridge vineyards. It opens with Marionberry and blackberry pie aromas, with a background of cured meats. On the palate, the wine bursts with berry fruit up front, while ripe tannins and supportive acid keep the wine taught and structured through to a juicy finish.
2007 Syrah
Our Southwind Estate vineyard is in development in the Walla Walla Valley. As we wait for those young vineyard blocks to produce fruit, we source grapes from select vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley and Columbia Valley AVAs. We work closely with each grape grower and our selected blocks from their vineyards to assure top quality fruit for Cadaretta.
